Pirate in Pink

As many of you know Henry has no aversion to the color pink, he actually seems to enjoy it. The other night while we were at Grandma and Grandpas house he found this fairy outfit, (that incidentally Chris wore in her high school musical).
He had to put it on because all the other kids were dressing up, luckily he decided to play a pink pirate instead of a pink fairy.

Warning: this comment will inevitably turn me into a glaring nerd.

The color pink used to symbolize masculinity and strength. Red was the color they were going for, but it was hard to get a true red with the dyes they used.... or it would be red, but quickly fade to pink.

So there ya have it, and Henry gets it, pink is actually for boys, and Henry's aunt Tara is a big nerd. =)
