So it was a nice day today but I was in a funk and really didn't feel like leaving the house. So I just opened the door to the deck and let the boys go out and play, they were in seventh heaven with that. Why do I even take them to the park? I could just let them play on the deck all the time. P.J was spying on people and Henry was crying because the dog next door was barking at us. Funny kids!

Happy Easter!
Henry's was hidden in the fireplace and he just happens to be afraid of it, the Easter Bunny didn't know that, so he wouldn't get his basket out. Big brother came to thje rescue and got it out for him.
They both ended up getting baseball gloves and balls.
P.J. said he got a baseball glove and a baseball ball, Daddy corrected him as quickly as he said it.

Dyeing Easter Eggs
We had a fun time dyeing eggs today, I was even able to title one egg as "P.J. Stinky Feet", he didn't think it was too funny. It was great that both boys were able to do it themselves for the most part, as you can see, they thought it was great.

Elephant Man
P.J. made this cute elephant mask thing in school this week and I just had to show it off. In the lower picture he is making an elephant noise, if you couldn't tell.

Do I need to say anything?
P.J. keeps running around the house singing "Geek Squad!" OK so I will explain, Aunt Michelle sent us these geek squad t-shirts and P.J. thinks they are so cool. He asks to wear it whenever he is sleeping. Tonight he found this mask that Pete uses when he plays paintball and he was pretending to be Darth Vader. Now he has never even seen that movie but his cousin Tonio is a Star Wars enthusiast so he thinks he knows all about it. Of course Henry had to join in on the fun, so brother helped him get into the mask.

Happy St. Pat's Day!
P.J. thinks it's always St. Patrick's Day, he wears these socks to bed alomost every night. Don't worry folks, he has two pair so he's not wearing dirty socks all the time. Happy Saint Patrick's Day!

P.J.'s new favorite song. Although different from the version we are used to he still loves it!

I think I speak for everyone in the house when I say that it sucks that Dad has to start school again today.

Day 6 of Break!
German pancakes for lunch? When it's snowing outside you can have anything for lunch. I have a bunch of pigs in my house, I'm sure you all knew this about Pete but the little boys too. Henry had two helpings and P.J. had three, between the four of us this is all that was left over.
Yes that snow pile is taller than Pete, can winter be over yet? The boys had some fun playing in the snow. P.J. wanted to help shovel so we got out the beach toys, I'm sure that was a lot of help.
