Hopscotching Fool!
Thanks to an idea from "Fit WIC", a progaram through WIC for kids 3 and older, we made an indoor hopscotch. P.J. thinks it is the coolest thing and loves to hop around on it, he doesn't quite get the concept of throwing the taw and jumping on the right spots but it gets his energy out anyway.

That really is such a good idea! I had an indoor hopscotch made out of some weird wool-ish fabric when I was little and I loved it, but it was sometimes frustrating because since it was stored rolled up, the corners wouldn't lay flat which made it difficult to play. I love the tape on the floor idea! Easy to store, nor rolly edges, you can make it big or small -- it's perfect!
BTW, I love that you can see Henry in his booster seat in the background of that first picture!
Oooo.. That is a good idea. I'll have to try it out.
That's the perfect idea to help Oby get his energy out! I'll propose it to him tonight. Hopscotch instead of kettle bells? ha yeah right!
